The Counting Garden

One little seed down in the ground,
Two little worms that squirm around,
Three buzzy bees that hum their tune,
Four pretty flowers blooming soon.

Five red ladybugs on a leaf,
Six green frogs beneath (good grief!),
Seven butterflies up in the sky,
Eight soft clouds going floating by.

Nine bright rays from the morning sun,
Ten happy kids — let's count for fun!
